Fact > DJ AM Found Dead

I was in complete shock when I happened to catch the news on the radio.. first thing I did was check twitter, which the trending topics confirmed it for me. I then went to DJ AM’s twitter page to see when his last message was; the last thing he wrote, a line from a Grandmaster Flash classic seems to be a telling sign of how he was feeling/what was to come. Such a tragedy.

UPDATE: It had momentarily slipped my mind that AM came here (to New Zealand) last year for the Serato 10 year Anniversary celebrations.. I remember watching his interview on the news, I was so gutted I couldn’t go to the party. Anyway, Serato just put the set footage out there from June ‘08, I’m about to watch it and probably feel sad again.
